My past career and interest have primarily revolved around virus RNA profiling. I employed third-generation sequencing methods, specifically Nanopore sequencing, to examine the RNA patterns of viruses such as SARS-CoV-2 and Flavivirus across various cell lines and animal models. Additionally, I developed a gene sequencing pipeline within the laboratory, utilizing tools such as R and Linux/Unix for data processing and visualization.
