RingCentral, Inc. is an American publicly traded provider of cloud-based communication and collaboration products and services for businesses.
Being an Devops engineer I provide multiple services to my company as described below.
1)Support rotational on call and take care of any incident triggered by pagerduty related to voip,media and for the ownership component such as SBC.
2)real time troubleshooting and provide logs and result and further escalate to other team if needed.
3)Do monthly security patching,certification renewal, management of the component and creating new component(VM&BM) as per the need using multiple automation tools such as ADS, report troubleshoot any issue that comes in between the activity.
4)QoS:Analyse, report and troubleshoot any issue related to QoS using various tools such as Kibana, grafana, Empirix and zabbix.
5)Collaborate and work with different teams across the globe on different project as per the requirement of the company.
