Handling Project Management Control (PMC) responsibilities for assigned projects; monitoring QA/QC activities across projects; conducting technical due diligence for ground-mounted and rooftop solar and WTG projects; preparing and reviewing Field Quality Plans, inspection checklists, and Method Statements; coordinating with clients and EPC contractors; planning and controlling manpower deployment; supporting IMS implementation; providing quality assurance training and Quality Improvement Programs.
Sr. Engineer Quality Civil
Implemented and maintained on-site QA/QC management system for a 195.8 MW AC Solar PV project; prepared quality documentation and monthly progress and quality assessment reports; managed document control, training, periodic audits, issuance and closure of NCRs with root cause analysis; supervised stage-wise inspections, incoming material inspection, QC procedures for concrete and lab operations, and certified bills per BOQ.
Sr. Field Engineer Civil
Managed dam, powerhouse, and headrace tunnel construction activities for Punatsangchhu Hydroelectric Project II (1020 MW, Bhutan) per QA/QC norms; conducted laboratory and field testing of incoming materials and structural works; maintained project documentation and coordinated with clients and contractors; supervised batching plant operations and led a team of engineers, technicians and contractors; provided training to site personnel.
