1. Led product software project development, planned version release schedules and roadmaps, including: enterprise-level NAS management platform (QES), k8s CSI plugin, and AppArmor. 2. Planned and designed NAS software features, and wrote product requirement documents (PRD). Features include: High availability, Snapshot, Snapshot Replica, SnapSync, Storage, Encryption, NAS Management (Network, privilege, etc), SED, WORM, Kernel, HAL, Virtualization (vmware, ovirt), Containerization, Marketplace, and Call home service. 3. Participated in the development of 3 new generation products, designing features such as management platform, VM, Snapshot, and Marketplace. 4. Chaired product progress meetings, using a hybrid approach of Agile and Waterfall methodologies to track the development progress of product features, as well as to coordinate and communicate development resources across teams. 5. Tracked bug resolution progress and clarified system issues, achieving an annual product bug resolution rate of over 90% and a 100% resolution rate for critical bugs requiring PM arbitration. 6. Conducted technical research and shared domain knowledge with internal colleagues, such as Disaster Recovery (DR), Kubernetes (K8S), project management overview training, software specification document structure and formatting, new employee training materials, and vbird's Linux learning courses. 7. AI speaker  A smart speaker developed in-house, utilizing Baidu's DuerOS. My responsibilities for this product included:  (1) Planned the overall development framework:   a. Baidu Cloud skill development and semantic tuning.   b. API integration mechanism between Foxconn Cloud and third-party clouds.   c. Server architecture planning.  (2) Planned the overall functionality of the Smart Home App, including page design requirements, page flow, and API integration mechanism.  (3) Planned the AIOT smart voice control architecture and negotiated cooperation methods with various home appliance brands (Sharp, Infocus, SAMPO, Panasonic, Broadlink, etc.).  (4) Negotiated and planned the smart speaker content integration technology (KKBOX, Taiwan Taxi, Yahoo, BCC, etc.).  (5) Managed the technical team's development work allocation and progress.  (6) Communicated requirements with hardware and firmware vendors, covering areas such as packaging design, hardware quality testing, firmware OTA mechanisms, and firmware development requirements.  (7) Communicated requirements with internal business units. 2. E-commerce platform (RWD web)  Initially, the company's primary managed system was based on a leased platform. Within six months of joining the company, I successfully migrated the system to a self-maintained and developed platform to better meet the needs of various business units. My responsibilities for this product included:  (1) Planned software and hardware architecture.  (2) Planned and managed the requirements for the entire system, including the homepage and product management system, shopping cart, membership system, point system, payment gateway architecture, supplier management system, and back-end checkout system.  (3) Managed the technical team's development work allocation and progress.  (4) Communicated requirements with internal business units. 3. OTT shopping APP(TV)  New product line - BANDOTT OTT Box. In addition to assisting with the launch, I leveraged the e-commerce system to plan and develop a OTT shopping app using the Android TV. After the launch, I managed the business unit's business model, including negotiating with group buying leaders, managing video and live streaming teams, managing fan pages, and serving as the general convener of the company's booth at the 2018 Foxconn Carnival.
