Led integration of Salesforce within Shyft's ecosystem, that encompassed numerous projects at once, reducing "lead to quoted" time from 40 hours to less than 10 minutes and increasing "lead to booked" rate from 2% to 8%.
Project Oversight and Control: Directed company-wide projects according to stakeholder needs, maintaining a YoY GOV growth of around 30%. Key projects included: Integration of telephony apps (Fastcall, Google’s CCAI); Implementations of Calendly, Slack, and Tableau; Pipeline management through Flexi Kanban configuration and OMNI setup
Stakeholder and Team Management: Optimized Salesforce processes and automated flows, reducing missed calls from 60% to less than 5%. Maintained SF instance while doubling stakeholders from 50 to 120 in one year. Created automated campaigns in Marketing Cloud.
Led a team to develop a quoting tool, configured "CPQ" for a short period, and finished with a custom solution spanning multiple Shyft platforms.
