- Leading the operational of sales-marketing activity in the Lampung area including promotion activation, selling activity, Maintain relationships with sub-distributor and retailers that contribution to achieving company sales target.
- Execute and monitoring business strategy from Head Office to increase market share in Lampung area with focus in Based Transceiver Station (BTS) Management, Territory Management, Sales Productivity.
- Communicate with other divisions in Region Branch Office (RBO) Smartfren South Sumatera such as Region People Management, Network, Region Brand and Activation, Modern Channel, and Finance for make the sure operational team is well as based on the plan.
-Managed and controlled performance team through weekly review achievement with a total of 23 teams (3 Team Leaders, 7 Retail Sales, 6 Direct Sales, 6 Sales Counters, 1 Merchandising), Establish good relationships with 500++ Retail Outlet and corporate with network team for maintaining 88 Based Transceiver Station (BTS) tower.
- Responsible to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI); Based Transceiver Station (BTS) Revenue, Revenue Generating Unit (RGU), Productive Outlets.
