1. Providing consulting service, including market benchmarking, compensation and benefit design recommendation, market trends, etc. to multinational clients, and demonstrating account management skill by working closely with other departments.
2. Achieving 2.6M sales target through products renewal, new sales, upsell, cross sell, etc.
3. Participating in salary review and grading structure projects, and having the ability to multi-task as well as delivering project results on time.
