1. Carefully review and ensure that the financial statement and tax reports prepared by the team are correct and accurate.
2. Ensure accurate and timely tax payment and tax filing
3. Review the monthly Tax to Ledger for reconciliation
4. Handle all letters received by clients from the Tax Office (Assist clients to respond to letters to the Tax Office)
5. Handling Tax Audits, Handling SP2DK
6. Prepare and report/submit the client's Company Annual Income Tax (every year).
7. Prepare and report/submit client's Personal Annual Income Tax (every year).
8. Ensure client company tax compliance with applicable regulations
9. Provide advice and solutions related to tax planning to minimize tax risks for clients
10. Provide training and coaching for my team (Ensure my team is updated with the latest Tax Regulations)
11. So far the clients I have handled very rarely get sp2dk letters.
