Stephen holds a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor’s License, a Class A CDL with hazmat and passenger endorsements, and licenses in hoisting and hydraulics. From 2018 to 2020, he oversaw about $12 million in real estate holdings, including roughly $4 million in active construction and around $2 million raised from outside investors. One standout achievement during this period was the renovation and sale of 130 Gray Street in Arlington, which sold for $1.3 million, finishing $130,000 over the asking price. His design process begins with understanding how people live in their homes. He considers natural light, storage, and overall flow to create spaces that feel practical and comfortable. He stays involved from early zoning meetings through the final walk-through, keeping communication clear so clients always know what is happening. His awareness of coastal zoning, regional building codes, and energy requirements helps him anticipate challenges and adapt efficiently.
