Since September 28, 2020, I have been working at VisEra Technologies Company Ltd., a technology company specializing in wafer-level optical semiconductor component manufacturing. I hold the position of Process Integration Engineer, where my main responsibilities include: 1. Monitoring product yield in the production line, inline process SPC control 2. Communicating with customers to discuss engineering-related product issues 3. Coordinating with internal departments to integrate customer requirements and ensure the final product meets customer expectations 4. Implementing new product to mass production phase These responsibilities have provided me with extensive experience in customer interaction, a deep understanding of the preparation required for new product mass production, and knowledge of product quality control and process management. Additionally, I have developed strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues across different departments. These experiences helped me win 1st place in my company’s 2024 Sustainable Improvement Competition.
