Troubleshooting of various kinds of platform related issues such as system inaccessible, connection issues, RFC, job server connection, access issues, slow performance of system, memory allocation issues. . Maintain different Information Steward project connections by regularly reviewing the account activity by projects. . Successfully completed POC and suggested to change the code movement process via object promotion which saved almost about 50% of the time for CLIENT . Performed successful upgrade of BODS environment from SAP Data Services 4.2 SP8 to 4.2 SP11 Patch4. . Working with SQL queries to work with Data Services objects on MS SQL Studio.
