I obtained my PhD in the Crystal Growth and Semiconductor Characterization Lab at NTUST, where I led and collaborated on projects involving crystal growth and the optical/electrical characterization of 2D semiconductor materials, with emphasis on thermoelectric properties. My doctoral work resulted in multiple publications in leading journals. I am presently a postdoctoral researcher in the same lab, further advancing this line of research.
