I have over 20 years of working experience in human resources and IT management, with more than 15 years of experience as HR and IT director. I have served as a project manager for ERP implementation in six companies, including Dingxin's Super Assistant, SmartERP, WorkFlowERP, and SAP ERP. Currently, I am working at a web technology company and have helped the R&D team grow from three to 50 people. Within six months, we successfully developed two independent e-commerce websites. During my time at Newegg, I led the recruitment efforts in Taiwan, helping the company grow from 70 to 550 employees. In 2013, we successfully recruited 150 people, and in 2014, we recruited a total of 290 people. In three and a half years, we recruited over 800 engineers. I also successfully applied for the Kaohsiung City Government's investment incentive program when establishing the Kaohsiung office, receiving a total of NT$37 million in subsidies. During my time at Emperor Technology, I led the application for national awards, including the Pan-Saturn Award, Sustainable Development Award, and Industrial Elite Award, all of which were recognized in the year they were submitted. I am skilled in using digital marketing and social media tools for talent recruitment. As one of the earliest LinkedIn clients in Taiwan, I have flexibly utilized Facebook and LinkedIn to recruit about 900 people over the years.
