Joined at Jeddah CFC as Assistant Manager for Return and then got additional responsibility of the Outbound within 6 months.
Got promoted as Manager after the Covit crises and built the Jeddah Noon Grocery Fulfillment Center.
Got the next project opportunity of closing down the Jeddah Non Sort & Bulky 3PL Sites and opening their own facility which led for 1 year as Site Head.
Moved to Riyadh to own the Namshi to Noon migration project and got it completed. In present managing the complete softline of Namshi Inbounding, Seller Return and Return Process.

#Core member and shop floor owner of the Namshi to Noon migration around 3 million inventory.
#Successfully implemented a streamlined inbound process for Namshi (soft line segment) that reduced receiving times by 20% and improved inventory accuracy by 15%, enhancing overall warehouse efficiency.
#Reduced return processing time by 30% through the implementation of streamlined workflows which speed up the customer pay return flow and enhance overall re-inventorize of the return shipment by 15%.
