I have a fresh graduate in Psikologi from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, where I learned the fundamentals of psychological theories, methods, and applications. I also gained valuable experience as an assistant lecturer in Psikometri and Psikologi Pendidikan, where I led classes, provided materials, assisted students, and graded assignments. Most recently, I completed a four-month internship in human resources at Rumah Atsiri Indonesia, a leading company in the essential oil industry. There, I supported the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews to preparing contracts. I also helped with payroll administration, employee engagement, and performance evaluation. I developed my skills in recruiting, interpersonal communication, teamwork, and Microsoft Excel. I am passionate about helping people and organizations achieve their potential, and I am eager to join a team that values diversity, and innovation.
