- Strategic analysis of seller experience and operation-related problems, define root cause, and recommend solutions
- End-to-end project management and coordination of the recommended solutions
- Work with the data team to build up the data dashboard, reports, and analytics to keep track of cost and sellers' performances.
- Plan and monitor monthly and quarterly budgets, and allocate them to appropriate initiatives and campaigns.
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders from cross-divisions and cross-business units: data team, category team, marketing team
- Conduct regular & ad-hoc reports and conduct the presentation- Responsibility for non-managed sellers' growth (including new sign-up sellers and mid-tail sellers)
- Build up and monitor monthly, and quarterly campaign calendars including cost planning, discount schemes, initiatives to trigger sellers and increase sale performance on the Shopee platform
- Build up data tracking templates and ensure to keep track and make necessary adjustments for all promotional campaigns to determine their effectiveness, meeting business targets within the funded budget.
- Collaborate with the social media team to launch new sellers’ initiatives, and the product team to build and enhance the user interface and user experience on the website and application.
- Work with the regional team to localize and adapt new features to the Vietnam market
- Plan key mechanics to drive engagements, GMV, and orders for two mega campaigns in October and December, coordinating directly with key teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Conduct weekly usage and attitude surveys to measure Shopee users’ behaviors and propose innovative ideas.
- Conduct research and keep track of effective campaigns and activities on various e-commerce platforms both locally (Lazada, Tiki, Sendo) and worldwide (Lazada, Tiki, Sendo) (4 countries- Philippines, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand).
