1. Sales & Contract Signing
Consultation & Sales:
Receive customer inquiries and recommend suitable solutions (e-invoicing, digital signatures, accounting/tax software).
Present products/services (e.g., e-invoice packages, digital tokens from VNPT, FPT, Viettel, SAP/ERP accounting software, tax declaration software).
Prepare quotations and negotiate contracts.
Contract Signing:
Draft service contracts (e-invoicing, digital signatures, software).
Guide customers through legal procedures (if required).
Sign contracts in person or electronically (using digital signatures).
2. API Integration Support (SAP, ERP, Accounting Software)
System Integration:
Assist in API integration between e-invoicing/digital signature systems and the customer’s accounting software (SAP, ERP, MISA, Fast, Bravo, etc.).
Synchronize invoice data, product catalogs, and customer lists from ERP to e-invoicing systems.
Troubleshoot synchronization errors.
Training & Guidance:
Train customers on API usage and automated data import/export.
Prepare technical documentation (API guides) if needed.
3. E-Invoicing & Digital Signature Services Guidance
E-Invoicing Implementation:
Install software/hardware (signing tokens, USB tokens).
Guide account registration and configuration (invoice templates, serial numbers, etc.).
Provide training on creating, issuing, tracking, canceling, and adjusting invoices.
Digital Signatures (Token/Viettel-CA, VNPT-CA, FPT-CA, etc.):
Assist with registration and renewal of digital signatures.
Install drivers and signing tools on computers.
Train users on digital signing for invoices, tax declarations, and contracts.
4. Tax E-Software & Digital Government Services Support
Tax Declaration Software (HTKK, iHTKK, T-VAN):
Install and configure tax software (connecting to tax authorities).
Guide VAT, PIT, and financial reporting submissions.
Resolve submission errors (digital signature issues, internet connection problems, etc.).
National Public Services:
Support account registration on the National Public Service Portal (tax, insurance, customs filings).
Integrate business software with government systems (e.g., e-customs clearance).
5. Other Responsibilities
After-Sales Support:
Address customer inquiries via email/phone/Zalo/TeamViewer.
Update tax policy changes affecting software.
Reporting:
Track implementation progress and report to management.
Job Requirements
Experience in sales/consulting for accounting, tax, or ERP software.
Knowledge of APIs, e-invoicing (Publish/Token mechanisms, XML/JSON).
Strong communication and user training skills.
Familiarity with SAP, MISA, HTKK, iHTKK, or similar software.
