● Responsible for the industrial design of the S1E4-Pro mobile payment terminal, covering sketch proposals, Creo modeling, rendering, and CMF definition. Collaborated with mechanical engineers, gaining hands-on experience in tooling and structural design. ● Traveled to mold factories in China to review injection-molded samples, confirming color accuracy and surface quality. Approved golden samples and deepened understanding of molding processes, including factors like mold temperature and common surface defects (e.g. gloss inconsistency, weld lines).

● Responsible for two Dashboard Design projects, which includes UX researches, trend analysis, competitive product analysis, user profile surveys, product appearance and UI design. ● Organized departmental meetings to investigate and consolidate needs and ideas from various departments. ● Assisted App designers in conducting usability tests, user interviews, and surveys for both App and website.

● Participated in a glass straw design project, including product cover design, three design proposals, advertising graphic design, and three products that were mass-produced. ● Learned the skills of accepting design cases and communicating with customers.

● Participated in the SLEEP GLOVES optimization project, including improved wearing method, optimized version design proposal, manual instruction design, and App interface design. And this was mass-produced within two months. ● Participated in the PEDICURE MACHINE project, including product appearance design, user experience design, 3D modeling, and color matching. And this was mass-produced within two months. ● Assisted ID designer with product color matching, 3D modeling, rendering, graphic layouts, and product introduction videos. ● Saved about 6 hours of work for the ID designer per week. ● Proposed design sketches and discussed with hardware engineers about hardware sizes as well as suitable positions, and talked the App interface over with software engineers.
