- Ensuring that all seafood processing activities (tuna, pelagic, demersal, cephalopod, and milkfish) on production meet HACCP grade “A” and GMP grade “A” Standards with SOP, SSOP, Form, Work Instruction, Internal Audit, and Manual HACCP
- Encouraging all worker to embrace food safety culture with poster, infographic, and face to face communication with spiritual and scientific approach using easy to understand language and enticing illustration, creating safe food space on production sector and generate hygiene conscious personnel
- Administrate and control production sampling for external laboratory testing quarterly on primary export product such as Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Escolar, Mahi-Mahi, and Swordfish. Performing sampling on product for external laboratory testing based on buyer request, senior management instruction, and government regulation regarding Health Certification publication
- Conducting histamine testing in internal laboratory on incoming pelagic and tuna raw material to ensure its freshness and safety are up to internal standard (<50 ppm)
- Documenting images and videos of product, storing them in the cloud and personal devices to ensure its safety and readiness when buyers, marketing, senior management, or purchasing request product documentation
- Creating, organizing, and maintaining comprehensive record keeping related to production and laboratory using QC Form to ensure its adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards, resulting in improved compliance and audit readiness.
- Perform, supervising, and maintaining government and buyer inspection activities to ensure efficiency and effectivity, resulting in smooth, satisfactory, and on target inspection with proper time keeping, organized work flow, and effective cooperation.
- Answering and analyzing buyer request, questionnaire, and email regarding food safety, certification, packaging specification, MOU, COA, laboratory testing, product specification, and product illustration
