1. Lead and recruit 20 sales for the Jakarta areas consisting of 2 Sales TO, Motorist Sales, SR special channel, and salea horeca to promote and sell Extra Joss Ultimate (RTD) products.
2. Provide recommendations for prospective sub-distributors, and coordinate directly with two selected sub-distributors (a total of 4 depots) for all Jakarta areas regarding sub-distributor cooperation agreements, availability of goods, teams, bills, service levels, etc.
3. Hold morning briefings every morning with sales team, sub-distributor supervisors regarding JP, programs, NOO, EC and AO, POSM, etc.
3. Create and report daily and monthly sales reports, sub-distributor claim reports, absence reports, work agreements, sales journey plans, monthly projects, etc.
4. Conduct regular visits and join visits with sales to offer products, cooperate and establish good relationships with WHS/Retail/Cooperatives/Canteens/Horeca.
5. Collaborate with agencies to install booths at events to increase awareness.
