Talent Engagement/Employee Relations Management
1. Planning, facilitates engagement events, and advising on the best engagement strategy for various accounts.
2. Reporting to headquarter to seek budget and align the event with TCS core values, doing vendor management, and price negotiation with external partners to implement the engagement events.
3. Planning for yearly employee welfare. (e.g., annual health check-up, festival gift, year-end party luck draw...etc.)
4. Doing exit interview and manage the end-to-end separation process for resigned employees.
5. Execute employee satisfaction survey, doing the result analysis, and set up an action plan as the result for Taiwan branch once a year.
6. Manage the performance appraisal timeline and mentor supervisor to implement performance management with their team members.
Training & Development
1. Design and execute training program with headquarter's training center to develop future potential leaders.
2. Doing new joiner induction training and mentor the new joiners to complete mandatory training.
Expat Immigration Management
1. Manage work permit and ARC application for incoming Indian expat.
2. Cooperate with Global Mobility Team to build up clear policy for expat to understand the flow of applying work permit.
