1. Responsible for handing e-commerce daily operations, including but not limited to listing product, launch promotion & marketing campaign, update and prepare content according to client requested.
2. Handling daily report, inventory planning & logistics arrangement with different internal and external parties.
3. Communicate with brand representative to understand their requirements and needs for online store platform setup and upgrade.
4. Cooperate with e-commerce platform key account manager to get involved to different projects setup and customize operations arrangement according to brand need.
5. Assist to team manager to analyze data traffic, market data and marketing campaigns to optimize customer experience and propose creative ideas for new projects.
6. Work with IT team for managing platform troubleshooting in Front-End and Back-End.
7. Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
1. 國際美妝品牌跨境電商平台(shopee、Lazada)商品上架、活動設定並根據品牌及平台要求更新相關內容。
2. 每日更新彙整銷售數據報表及庫存報表。
3. 定期維護及管理負責平台的賣場銷售頁面。
4. 協助團隊主管與品牌定期進行業績分析報告及提出優化改善建議。
5. 與IT團隊協助合作管理系統前後台的故障排除。
