Develop, maintain and document policies and procedures for ISO 27001. Lead the evaluation and use of security technologies and tools. Responsible for supporting security solutions within the department. Provide technical expertise to support vendor and project reviews. Identify security issues and risks and develop mitigation plans. Create project deliverable documentation accordingly.

• Symantec Endpoint Protection Client deployment along with installation, upgrade and maintenance of infrastructure • Symantec Endpoint Protection Client management, troubleshooting for the not updated machines/servers • Monitoring ad Remediating Sophos Anti-virus/ Symantec Antivirus and Sophos safeguard Encryption • Analyse and investigate malware and security incidents to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. • Collaborate with IT and security teams for the not updated machines/servers • Monthly governance reports creation for the management • Weekly calls with vendor for on-going issues and upcoming projects along with security enhancement.

• Virtual Server Build of Win 2003, 2008 and 2012 • Virtual Machine Build - Image Installation, Clone and configuration according to the clients requirements • Troubleshooting of the newly build server in case of issues • Server decommission based on the requirement and End of life • Server monitoring for Disk space

• Installing the applications from the Marimba tool with admin credentials without disturbing the user work. •Providing application support in Organization for more then 3000+ Internal & External Applications •Providing support for Virtual Machines •Configuring and Managing Users Roaming Profiles

• Configuring VPN’s so that users can login from home • Troubleshooting the application • Handling issues related to Lotus notes 8 and 8.5.1 • Handling Technical queries , Remote support assistance, E-mail • Lotus notes and same time installation and troubleshooting • Windows based trouble shooting managing the problem tickets
