Job Description
Strategic Training & Compliance Planning: Orchestrate Group-wide annual training strategies, including New Hire Orientation (NHO), multi-national regulatory compliance (InfoSec, Intellectual Property, Labor Law, OSH), and specialized trade professional training (including ESG initiatives).
Internal Resource Optimization: Spearhead the cultivation and mentoring of internal trainers; oversee the end-to-end production of digital courseware and internal corporate publications.
