1.Focus on all recruitment activities for SHOPLINE commercial / support function team Taiwan.
2.Participate in all talent acquisition activities that includes diversity sourcing, attraction, selection
& assessment, and offering process.
3.Partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and
advising on the best hiring strategy.
4.Manage and maintain internal and external recruitment channels/platforms/vendors and update
recruitment status reports.
5.Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
6.Conducting thorough interviews and phone screens to assess professional skills be successful in
the SHOPLINE environment.
7.Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
8.Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
9.Project owner of Recruitment Dashboard (Regional), in charge of regional recruitment reports,
responsible for the generation, analysis and management of recruitment data reports from scratch.
10.Recruitment event design and management, employee branding video making.
11.Manage and train a full-time Talent Acquisition Assistant and part-time HR intern.
12. Assist with Immigration Management, such as work permit, ARC.
