● Supporting the manager to design and review periodically HR Standard Operational Procedures especially in employee rewards policy. Success to manage 2-3 HR SOP related with Rewards Projects annually.
● Calculating administering Compensations & Benefits packages for employees with around 6-7 routine & enhancement projects per year.
● Assisted to review data of Rewards activities to support manager for decision making like allowances & LTI
● Working closely with HRBP and HR Operational teams to support delivering Compensation & Benefits programs to the employees as users.
● Partnering with third-party vendors to negotiate contract and achieve budget efficiency approximately until 70%-80% than the price of cost self-estimating (HPS).
● Tabulated & Monitoring the performance management implementation by using Google Data Studio
