• Incubate active sellers on TikTok Shop.
• Make regular visits to the seller if it is the same area (Surabaya).
• Create visit routes and online educational webinar event templates.
• Help the acquisition sales team to find potential sellers.
• Help sellers in creating content about the items being sold.
• Helping seller growth and success in content and selling until first transaction.
• Monitor sellers' GMV targets and provide assistance to boost sales.
• Support promos, campaigns and other promotional materials for sellers.
• Create educational seminars and share TikTok Shop materials.
• Ensure that the team complies with work SOPs and KPIs.
• Collaborate and have good relations with expedition partners (J&T).
• Help solve problems experienced by sellers.
• Present performance results and seller GMV every month to superiors.
• Assisting Cities Lead in running OKR.
