Description

大專生研究計畫 ( 2018/7 ~ 2019/2 ) 本實驗希望以對苯二酚 (Hydroquinone) 化學損傷的方式, 誘導小鼠背部皮膚產生黑色素脫失, 藉此建立白斑症的動物實驗模型, 以利對白斑症發病機制的探討以及患部治療的研究。並在脫色皮膚區域, 進行組織染色切片及黑色素染色 Fontana-Masson stain ( FM stain ) 切片, 確認黑色素脫失情況，並探討窄波段光療促進黑色素的再生情形。
