Rinnai Corporation is a renowned Japanese company in the home appliance manufacturing industry, primarily known for its water heaters, gas stoves, and other kitchen and bathroom appliances. It operates a fully integrated business model, from design and production to sales, holding approximately a 25% market share in Taiwan. My role as a Marketing Specialist involved proposing and executing monthly promotional plans for distributors, handling promotional campaigns for consumers, calculating costs and benefits for special projects, procuring or collaborating with external companies, and coordinating communication with internal departments.
During this period, I executed nearly 20 distributor campaigns, each with targets ranging from 100 million to 200 million NTD. Additionally, I was fully responsible for drafting consumer event plans, planning event processes, monitoring execution, handling customer complaints during events, and optimizing content. In this position, I effectively utilized my prior experience with distributors to provide accurate insights and timely marketing strategies to drive sales. The most significant improvement area was in internal communication skills.
