I graduated from CS master, and as an equipment PM in TSMC , and I work in CyberLink as a project manager now , as a PM, I should think about how to create a sense of accomplishment in the team and not only just do my own work. Knowing the requirements from other departments , users or customers, and work problems out as soon as possible . Not just doing the routine jobs because PM have to deal with different situations all the time. And these won`t make me feel exhausted . In contrast , I could plug into the work because I prefer to work directly with the people and their problems, not just face to computer or equipment .Coordinating the projects and face to customers is a challenge but I enjoy the type of job.
