- Manage the Marina and explain the use of all sports equipment on board to guests and crew. - Manage the Water Sports activities in full compliance with the Water Sports Manual. - Responsible for launching and recovering inflatable boats with the Sports Team following to the Manual and Safety Procedures. And completing the check lists before and after working with the boats. - Operate inflatable boats as rescue boats and for marina activities such as towing tubes, wakeboards, skies, and more. - Responsible for the maintenance and adequate inventory of all sports equipment, inflatable boats and engines. - Train and supervise all interested guests in the Beginning Scuba Diving Program on vessels equipped with scuba gear. Also, operating Dive Programs on vessels equipped with scuba gear. - Assist the Boatswain with ship maintenance when the Marina closes. Order given by the Staff Captain, this includes deck washing/scrubbing, metal polishing, sanding wood and varnishing, painting, and more. - Staff the reception desk as scheduled by the Guest Services Manager. - Assists with tour dispatch upon arrival in port. - Support the Shore Excursions Team with accompanying guests and maintain safety on excursions and expeditions. - Working with the Expedition Team Leader and contributing to activities and preparations throughout the Arctic Seasons, including preparing and maintaining all the safety equipment, first aid, zodiacs, and kayaks prior to and after the trip. - Motivated, capable of working in any environment, and eager to pursue more experiences to further develop abilities and skills. - Assist the Expedition Team Leader during Alaska Seasons, including preparing the Zodiacs and Kayaks. Maintain the equipment and tools before operation. - Assist in embarkation and disembarkation procedures, including snorkel handouts, especially during Tahiti and Caribbean seasons. - Do the safety meeting with the Staff Captain and team on a daily basis. Complete the required reports weekly and monthly. - Support the performance management system and attend all mandatory onboard meetings. - Performs and manages other duties as assigned.

- Responsible for In-room Dining onboard the ship as its a main job. Take orders by phone, pick up food, deliver the orders, and clear up dirty trays at the guest cabin. - Ensure the guest order is correct to ensure guest satisfaction. - Maintain the In-room Dining Office for cleanliness, storage, and tray set-up. - Maintain the food label and check the expiration date on every item in the in-room Dining storage. - Assist the waiter/waitress during dinner with setting up tables prior to dinner, clearing up dirty dishes and food runners, and cleaning afterwards. - Collecting breakfast cards from the guest cabin. - Set up a Coffee Station or Yatch Club, and a buffet for breakfast on a daily basis. - During turn-around day, we assist the Housekeeping Team with guest luggage and set up tables, chairs, and welcome drinks outside the ship. - Performs and manages other duties as assigned by the Maître D' or Restaurant Manager.

- In charge of the restaurant and buffet during breakfast and lunch. - Performed duties such as buffet or floor cleaning, clearing up dirty dishes, garbage segregation, and more. - Cleaning the restaurant or main dining area, including vacuuming and changing the table cloth, to be ready for dinner. - Assist the waiter or waitress during dinner with setting up tables prior to dinner, clearing up dirty dishes and food runners, and taking the beverages and food order as necessary. - Clean and reset the station and tables. - During turn-around day, we performed other duties such as welcoming guests, providing wheel chairs for guests with mobility disabilities, and other immigration duties. - Performs and manages other duties as assigned by the Maître D' or Restaurant Manager.
