The project owner of NPI between Nike product creation team and Dean shoe for 5 years.
o Plan and in charge of the strategy, scheduling, and budgeting of Nike Kids footwears from initial tech package to the product fixed. TFOB price is $16 with 100K pairs/season forecast demand. Product life cycle will remain 8 seasons.
o Present and host status meeting of each sample stage with Nike with information collected from over 7 cross functional teams.
o Lead and manage a team of 7 with a foreign background. With the language barrier.
o Having solid concept of supply chain and quality calibration in the footwear industry after leading over 13 transfer models, and one of it is Nike Air Jordan.
o Pinpoint each product’s key features and set clear quality standards, reasonable tolerance while obtaining a mutual understanding between brand and factory.
