Liase between internal/external engineers and business members to improve supply chain visibility in terms of data transparency

This role requires communication with Product Owner, Product Manager, Designer, Developers, and Customer Service in the US. Data is exchanged among multiple applications in the format of XSD/XML. Our product was launched to market ahead of schedule by the end of December, 2023. I did the following to faciliatate product development internationally - Collaborated with extended stakeholders in the US to define requirements - Translated requirements into development stories for engineers using JIRA and Confluence - Prioritized backlog items to keep development team focus on key business directions - Filled information gap for team members in the US and Taiwan - Mitigated gap between expectation and implementation through timely feedback in standup meeting

> Worked with 6 cross function teams to develop 5 software solutions (M365 RPA + VBA) using Agile methodologies. Quotation process was speed up by 96%, from 2 hours to 4 minutes. In addition, OOP was implemented to increase runtime performance by 3 times. > Led intern to automate monthly manual reports, which improves process time by 76% and data accuracy by 10%

> Worked cross-functionally to automate internal processes by developing VBA and RPA. 9 NPA reports were fully automated and integrated with mailing service and online dashboard; HR offering process was speed up by 92%; enterprise sales promotion was automated covering ~90 leads each quarter > Designed a mechanism to onboard users to new automated process, so that new process could run itself autonomously with minimum supervision
