- Recruitment Project Execution (Management Trainee Program/Summer Internship Recruitment Program)
Assisted in conducting interviews for two Management Trainee recruitment programs (GLP) and one Summer Internship recruitment program (SAP), totaling over 60 candidates.
- Collaborated with supervisors to provide suitability recommendations for candidates.
Assisted in a campus recruitment event at National Taiwan University, offering interview guidance to attending students.

- Established a Product Management team, successfully building a team of four within three months (HR interviews with 100+ candidates, extending 19 offers, onboarding 9 individuals).
- Established a Returns Project team, successfully building a team of five within two months (HR interviews with 50+ candidates, extending 5 offers).
