A brand new Ecommerce platform with selling and provide car service. My job scope included : 1. Planning and test run whole process flow, included backend, frontend and user place order until after sales service. 2. Schedule, check and complete work among colleagues within the scheduled time. 3. Make reasonable suggestions and discussions according to the direction of the company. 4. Interview personnel to select the candidates required for each position. 5. Find suppliers and merchants to join our platform and provide sales advice.

I work as a BD at TopzMall, an e-commerce platform department under the company. The main work contents are: 1. Find new merchants to join the platform. 2. Plan online and offline activities with the Marketing department. 3. Provide sales suggestions and solutions for merchants. 4. Planning and assisting with third-party media companies to promote local brands on the platform. 5. Have a certain degree of understanding of the backend operation of the e-commerce platform.

The main content of the work is to reply online and assist in solving the problems faced by customers. Frequently advise and submit proposals for company events.
