1. Responsible for managing and monitoring PPTP / Jobs received by the MPS (Maintenance, Planning, and Services) division, ensuring that each job is registered, and its status is verified as open or close, to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of the division.
2. Project management includes preparing daily reports and conducting weekly meetings to monitor the progress of ongoing projects. Other tasks involve ensuring compliance with the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and submitting reports to the Technical Superintendent. Additionally, reports are presented in the form of an S-curve to visualize project progress.
3. Overseeing the updating of the critical equipment and facilities list, including ball valves, gate valves, automatic tank gauging, motor-operated valves, and lighting systems in both field and office areas, to ensure smooth operations and workplace safety.
4. Conduct periodic inspection and calibration activities and report the results.
5. Perform and oversee cleaning of storage tanks.
6. Coordinate emergency response activities, report and document every accident, incident, and near miss that occurs during operations.
7. Inspect the dock (oil hose, pipes, gate valve, marine loading arm) and generators, product pump cables, product pipelines, and fire extinguishers.
8. Inspect current meters, filling shed and RTW oil hoses, isotanks, prime movers, and pumps.

9. Generating job notifications and job orders if not already created by operators using SAP PM, where we can also add necessary materials or equipment from the job order.
10. Identify and propose continuous improvements of electrical equipment. 
11. Ensure that all documents related to electrical systems, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), are regularly updated and comply with regulations.
