Norman F. Newton Jr. is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of executive level experience in management, private equity, and founder of several successful companies. A graduate of the University of Texas, he earned a bachelor of business administration in finance and began his management career in private equity as a Corporate Development Manager with Notre Capital Ventures. Mr. Newton later served several executive roles at EC Outlook, a Notre' Company. He joined COMSYS Services (NASDAQ:CITP) as vice president in 2005 which was subsequently acquired by ManpowerGroup (NYSE:MAN).

Mr. Newton was with COMSYS and ManpowerGroup for 10 years and held several executive positions including Vice President of and General Manager of ManpowerGroup Solutions - Language Services with operations in 13 countries and President of ManpowerGroup Public Sector, a federal contractor serving defence and intellegence agencies.

Mr. Newton is the Co-Founder and current CEO of AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC, First Home Finance, LLC, and FutureHomeX, LLC all based in Houston, Texas. Notably, FutureHomeX is a technology platform that is disrupting traditional approachs of delivering affordable manufactured housing to home buyers. Mr. Newton has launched and lead sevaral special purpose investment vehicles in the real estate and chattel mortgage areas, coupled with the AmeriCasa Opportunity Fund, LP. He is also the Founder and Chairman on Newton Vision Corp, LLC, an Austin based family office focused on investing and guiding industry disrupting businesses. Newton Vision Corp operates a shared service center in Bogota, Colombia to support portfolio companies as well as other institutionally driven technology companies.
