Turned a recurring pain point from years of event field work — maintaining cross-team RSVP data without dedicated tooling — into an event registration SaaS product. - Defined the PRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and planned 4 development sprints in Jira; each PRD explicitly states its out-of-scope items and prioritization. - Own scope control, the data model, and version decisions throughout execution. - Development runs on a VS Code and Claude Code collaboration model, with specification and acceptance under my ownership, on a stack of Next.js and Supabase. - The product is live on Netlify, with the admin console under continuous iteration.
