R. Brent Wisner

An experienced Los Angeles attorney, R. Brent Wisner remains committed to helping those wronged by corporations. Through his work as a partner with Baum, Hedlund, Aristei, and Goldman, PC, R. Brent Wisner focuses his practice on cases involving environmental toxic tort, qui tam, whistleblower, class action, and pharmaceutical drugs product liability litigation. 


Prior to joining Baum, Hedlund, Aristei, and Goldman, Mr. Wisner served as a law clerk for the Honorable Helen Gillmor, a judge in the United States District Court of Hawaii. Previously, he worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Marian Blank Horn of the US Court of Federal Claims. In addition, he served as a research assistant for Professor John Hasnas at Georgetown Law. He also wrote affidavits and case materials for a reality TV show and researched oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Reserve as a legislative intern. 


In his leisure time, R. Brent Wisner enjoys playing cards, reading science fiction, riding motorcycles, and racing sailboats competitively.
