Pembuatan tulisan (copy) dari notifications ini harus dapat memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan pengguna, dan mengusahakan agar notification tersebut tidak intrusif dan mengajak pengguna untuk kembali ke website atau aplikasi tersebut.2. Riset dan Survey UX copywriter harus dapat terus melakukan riset mengenai tren dan cara terbaik untuk dapat mengakuisisi pengguna baru dan mempertahankan pelanggan yang sudah ada. Dengan semakin mudahnya akses dengan internet, preferensi pengguna, tren industri, dan kemampuan teknologi pun akan berubah. Maka dari itu, salah satu tugas UX writer adalah membuat survey untuk melihat perubahan tren secara langsung dan mengantisipasi perubahan tersebut. 3. Analisa Produk UX copywriter juga bertugas melakukan riset mengenai statistik dari produk dalam sebuah situs atau aplikasi. Dengan melihat waktu yang dihabiskan pengguna dalam suatu halaman (page), exit rate, target yang dicapai, tugas UX writer adalah untuk melihat statistik dari produk - produk tersebut dan mengubah bahasa yang digunakan copy dalam situs tersebut agar produk-produk dapat mencapai target. 4. Koordinasi dengan Divisi Lain UX copywriter utamanya bekerja dengan UX dan UI designer, karena copy hasil kerja dari UX writer akan menjadi bagian dari desain suatu website atau aplikasi.
