Alexandre Grinius works as a pool technician trainer and repair technician at Estates Pool Service in Ramona, California. In addition to field service, Alexandre Grinius leads the technical training of new employees, helping them develop skills in pool chemistry, route maintenance, and equipment operation.

Mr. Grinius guides staff through hands-on tasks such as brushing, vacuuming, filter servicing, and automation control. He also trains technicians to manage more complex assignments, including start-ups, spa drains, and green-to-clean transitions.
