With an extensive background in real estate investment and finance, Carmine Fusco guides CLM Global Enterprises, LLC, and provides coordinated financial product solutions. Focused on exceeding client expectations, Carmine Fusco previously owned and operated Titleworks, Inc., in Woodland, New Jersey, where he provided title insurance services.

Mr. Fusco completed his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting at Rider University and gained early experience with the Bank of New York as a mutual fund accountant. Managing a trio of equity/bond funds, he ensured that all aspects of daily net asset value reports were properly executed.

Next working with Dean Witter, Mr. Fusco managed asset values associated with a number of commodity funds and coordinated with traders to ensure that daily cash settlements were properly completed. He left the position in 1994 to pursue an MBA at Seton Hall University.

Carmine Fusco has a passion for sports and weight training, and also strongly values time spent with his family.
