Focused on issues of equity, access, and inclusion, Dr. Zachary Robbins is an educational leader with experience as school district superintendent and a demonstrated track record of boosting academic performance. As head of Schools That Move Souls (STMS), he delivers coaching, professional development, and policy analysis solutions. Dr. Zachary Robbins emphasizes restorative justice as a way of giving students greater voice and responsibility, and reducing rates of suspension and expulsion.

Dr. Zac Robbins previously served as superintendent of schools with the Marysville School District in Washington. He worked to repair strained relations between the district and municipal officials, crafting a multiyear strategic equity plan that brought together community stakeholders and staff members and made all students feel welcomed. He also developed disciplinary alternatives that significantly reduced out-of-school suspensions and behavioral referrals. Dr. Zac Robbins also has extensive leadership experience in the Boston and Las Vegas Public Schools, with past roles that included principal of the Academy of Public Service in Boston.
