Frank DeBernardo is a longtime presence in the Santa Cruz County entrepreneurial community who guides PORTFOLIO Real Estate as broker and owner. Based in Capitola, he oversees an extensive portfolio of exclusive properties, with an emphasis on premium oceanfront locations. Mr. DeBernardo began his career in the early 1990s as an account manager with DeBernardo Construction, where he engaged with subcontractors in job site management, invoicing, development strategy, accounting, and bookkeeping. He assisted in gaining approval for a number of single-family real estate subdivisions in Santa Cruz that engendered the creation of new streets.
