With an extensive background in corporate law and entrepreneurship, Gabriel Vadasz is a founding member of Vadasz Ventures in San Francisco. Previously a founding attorney with Diamondback Legal in Phoenix, Mr. Vadasz handled a broad range of cases spanning commercial product negotiations, contracts and leases, and SEC compliance. He assisted growth firms in performing finance and venture capital reviews and handled complex litigation matters. His legal experience extends to a role as an administrative specialist with the Flagstaff Justice Court, where he kept records of diverse proceedings with the potential for appeal. He also provided paperwork to civil case clients that enabled them to file timely injunctions.

With roots in South Africa, Mr. Vadasz completed his undergraduate degree in criminal justice and political science at Northern Arizona University. He subsequently pursued a juris doctor at the Phoenix School of Law. In his free time, Gabriel Vadasz enjoys building, repairing, and maintaining classic and exotic cars and motorbikes.
