An attorney at law since the late 1970s, Martin J Milita, Jr has served with government and private agencies as a lobbyist and business developer. Martin J. Milita Jr. uses his expertise as a senior director with Duane Morris Government Strategies (DMGS), which assists its clients in regulatory and legislative lobbying, business development, and public procurement.
Mr. Milita served as an assistant district attorney with the Bucks County District Attorney’s office in 1979 and became the Chief Deputy Attorney General in 1981. His private practice work includes serving as general counsel for the law firm Sills, Cummis & Riker Danzig in 1990, representing clients in environmental law, government affairs, and corporate development.
