Roger Gales
Between 2007 and 2019, Roger Gales was senior pastor of Heritage Christian Fellowship in San Clemente, California, having joined the staff as executive pastor 10 years prior. In his leadership role he was responsible for teaching, recruiting and training volunteers and staff, and overseeing all aspects of the church ministries.
From 1989 to 1997 Roger Gales served as field staff for Church Resource Ministries in both Australia and Southern California. From 1982 to 1988 he had a financial planning practice in Long Beach, California.
Mr. Gales studied finance and real estate at California State University, Long Beach, graduating on the president’s honor roll, and as a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma business honor society. After earning his bachelor of science, he continued his education at the College of Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado, where he earned his certified financial planner (CFP) designation in 1986. In addition, Roger Gales studied theology at Fuller Seminary. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
