As a Product Designer at RiConnect, I was responsible for leading UI/UX design efforts, including requirement analysis, prototype design, visual design, and user experience optimization, ensuring design consistency and alignment with project goals. I worked closely with product managers and development teams to create functional maps and flowcharts, ensuring that features met project requirements and were aligned with the overall project vision.

I also played a key role in establishing and maintaining a UI component library to standardize and streamline the design and development processes. Additionally, I provided visual and user experience support to cross-functional teams such as marketing and business, contributing to the design of marketing materials and other promotional assets.

- Designed and assisted in planning the primary visual elements for events such as medical expos, meetings, and seminars with project managers and planners, while also planning and integrating booth components to enhance the visibility of our client's brand within the medical sector.

- Edited and formatted medical-related articles into various formats, including eBooks, physical handbooks, web articles, and brochure advertisements with medical editors. Simultaneously, designed visual elements and illustrations that aligned with the content's theme, enhancing readability and making information more accessible to readers.

- Designed the user interface for the medical association annual meeting website, collaborating closely with a Front-end developer to address design challenges and engaging in an iterative design process that resulted in multiple versions to meet client expectations.
