💼 My responsibilities:

• Conducted detailed discussions to identify client needs and expectations, and ensure effective design outcomes.
• Crafted wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to effectively communicate user flows to teams and clients, enhancing development processes and optimizing user experiences.
• Involved in the testing process to ensure the implemented concept performs as expected.

🚀 Notable Project:

• Design incremental development of General Affair Services System (GASS), additions, and changes in features to improve the application with the increasing needs of the general affairs division.
• Led to maintain progress of the incremental development Employee Condition Monitoring System (ECMS), incorporating new features that accommodate changes in the Covid situation for an employee condition and attendance tracking system.
• Design Stationery and Printed Goods Control Application, a web-based application designed to create procurement stationery and printed goods of Mandiri Taspen.
• Design Payroll Software Product of AdiData, a web-based application to assist and facilitate the HR team's work in managing the salary distribution process.
• Design AI Filter Candidate of AdiData, a web-based application to assist and facilitate the HR team's work in managing candidate CVs and resumes.

• Review and comprehend the document brief provided by the user to create an initial concept.
• Led cross-functional meetings with teams (PMs, Engineers, Testers) and stakeholders to validate concepts, gather requirements, define product needs, and develop solutions aligned with project objectives.
• Create user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience while meeting requirements and validating designs through user feedback and testing.

🚀 Notable Project:

• Design Project Management App (AMP), A web-based application designed to create procurement project plans of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) for all vendors.
• Design General Affair Services System (GASS), A web-based project that meets all the needs of the General Affairs division of PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (PT SMI) for recording task completion.
• Design an initial concept of Transjakarta Minimum Service Standards (SPM Tije), a monitoring mobile app that will be used specifically by officers and coordinators to supervise Minimum Service Standards within the internal scope of PT Transjakarta.
• Design an initial concept of Employee Condition Monitoring System (ECMS), a web-based app that aims to record up-to-date employee data on the condition of employees and their families in the Covid situation in order to be able to provide assistance immediately.
