Parking charging system: I developed the charging system that runs on Linux OS by using C++ and Qt. The system integrates hardware devices like a banknote device, a change bucket device, and IO modules. The payment part also exchanges external pay systems like ECPAY and EasyCard.
3D Vision System: This system is a C++/Qt Windows system. I integrate Ensenso 3D Camera, Halcon Vision Library, and HiWin Robot Arm to implement a bin picking function.
CVB Vision System: This system uses C++/Qt on systems which run on Odroid XU4 Embedded ARM Board. I inergate the CVB Vision Library to Measure Object Size.
WPF AI Data Feed: This system is using WPF C# on Windows. The program will monitor some folders and when the content of files in the folders is modified, it will trigger logic based on the file content. I use regular express logic to parse the content and generate other files in another folder.
Flowmeter Monitor: This system uses C# on Windows. The program will work through the EtherCAT protocol to connect the flowmeter of keynce for fetch measurement, when the measurement overseaspect will raise a alarm to a remote server.
SCaraView: This system is using C#, Halcon Vision Library on Window. The program will take a photo and can get the world coordinates of a product, and send current coordinates to SCARA Robot Arm. The Robot will pick up a product material and position in the manufacturing process.
Plan View: This system is using PyQt on Windows. This program integrates 2D Color Camera, 3D Ensenso Camera, Flir Camera and iMec Hyperspectral Camera and PLC Motion System. It will collect this digital data from a device by daily schedule. This data will be stored in PostgreSQL.
